MonsterLab (monsterlab.info) provides trading education, a private Discord community, and TradingView indicator tools. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or purchase access, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Whop (whop.com), which acts as the merchant of record. Whop collects your name, email address and payment details under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your full payment information.

On this site we may collect basic analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) to understand how the site is used. Discord activity inside the MonsterLab server is governed by Discord's own privacy policy.

3. How we use information

We use the information we receive to deliver the products you purchased (Discord roles, indicator access), provide member support, announce product changes, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Third-party services

This site and our products rely on third-party platforms, each with its own terms and privacy policy: Whop (payments and access management), Discord (community), TradingView (indicator delivery), and X (public commentary). Links to those platforms leave this site.

The site may use cookies or similar technologies required for basic functionality and anonymous usage analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep member information only as long as needed to provide access and support. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by contacting us through the MonsterLab Discord or via X (@TraderDext3r). Requests related to payment data should also be directed to Whop.
