Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing access to MonsterLab or using this site, you agree to these terms. Purchases are processed by Whop as merchant of record and are also subject to Whop's terms of service.

2. Educational purpose — no financial advice

Everything MonsterLab publishes — live sessions, Discord discussion, courses, indicators, charts, market commentary — is educational content and general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Trading futures, forex and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Past performance, whether real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. What you are buying

Membership plans grant access to the private MonsterLab Discord, live sessions and course material for the duration of the plan. Plans of three months or longer additionally include access to MonsterLab TradingView indicators. Indicator-only products grant access to the specific indicator purchased.

All products are digital and delivered through Whop, Discord and TradingView. Access begins when your purchase is confirmed.

4. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically through Whop until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Because products are digital and access is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. Billing disputes are handled through Whop support.

5. License and intellectual property

Course material, session recordings, indicators, and written frameworks (including PO3 and STDV teaching material as presented by MonsterLab) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing accounts, redistributing indicators or course content, reselling access, or republishing material without written permission is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.

6. Community conduct

The MonsterLab Discord is a workspace. Harassment, spam, solicitation, sharing of pirated material, or posting financial advice presented as MonsterLab's own may result in removal from the community without refund.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Discord, site and indicators available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service — including outages caused by Discord, TradingView or Whop. Product contents may evolve; material changes to what a plan includes will be announced.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonsterLab is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, community or tools. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access in the twelve months before the claim.
